Terms and Conditions

Welcome to VERZACORDX PRODUCTIONS!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of VERZACORDX's professional audio services.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between:

1. PARTIES:

• Service Provider: Verzacordx Productions LLC

• Customer: The individual or entity purchasing audio mixing and mastering services.

By engaging with our online audio mixing and mastering services, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

2. SERVICES PROVIDED: At Verzacordx Productions we agree to provide professional audio mixing and mastering services as requested by the Customer. Services may include but are not limited to:

• Multi-track mixing

• Equalization, compression, and effects processing

• Volume balancing and stereo enhancement

• Final mastering for distribution

3. PAYMENT TERMS:

• The Customer agrees to pay 100% of the total fee.

• Payments shall be made via payment links, (if in person) payments can be made with most debit or credit cards, swipe and tap pay is also available for use.

• Online payments can be made with most debit and credit cards.

• All fees are non-refundable unless we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service.

4. TURNAROUND TIME:

• The estimated delivery time will be 5 to 7 bussiness days from the initial purchase date, for projects containing not more than 6 stems. For the 10 Songs bundle option, delivery time will be 14 to 21 bussiness days from the initial purchase date.

• Revisions requested by the Customer may extend the turnaround time.

5. REVISIONS:

• Verzacordx Productions offers 5 free revisions for each song; Additional revisions may be subject to additional charge of $50.

• Revisions must be requested within 2 bussiness days after delivery.

• If failure to communicate desired adjustments after the mentioned time limit, the project will be considered finalized.

6. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS:

• The Customer retains full ownership of the original recordings.

• At regular price Verzacordx Productions retains no rights to completed works for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you (the customer) want to work out a better deal; we may consider the possibility of collaboration.

7. LIABILITY:

• Verzacordx Productions shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or corruption of files once delivered to the Customer.

• The Customer is responsible for ensuring backups of all files.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY: Both parties agree to keep all project-related materials confidential and not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without consent.

9. FORCE MAJEURE: The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or technical failures.

10. TERMINATION:

• In the event of an abrupt termination from the customer, payments made are non-refundable unless the Service Provider has failed to deliver the agreed-upon services.

11. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Federal and Local laws

12. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE: By engaging in our Mixing and Mastering services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
